Greenpoint Converted Schoolhouse
This beautiful converted schoolhouse condominium project consisted of 13 units, 4 of which I staged. This is the first and one of my favorites. The original brick detailing, open staircase and double height ceiling were complemented by a custom live edge dining table, Cobble Hill silver velvet Sofa and blue accent walls gave this impressive apartment a bohemian chic feel. These units were sold at record breaking prices for Greenpoint, BK.
